Vanessa Hudgens, has been sued by her former manager Johnny Vieira for breaching a settlement agreement.

TMZ.com reports that the actress had entered into a production agreement with Vieira in 2005 to launch her career. Vieira claims that the agreement is still in force. Now he is suing her claiming that they had a deal to "share equally" in her success.
